Hey Guyz

I am planning on mixing a carb drink with a whey protein drink for my pre workout shake ,is this a good idea !!!!!!!!

Drinks are" Carbo Gainer 100% complex carbs and Optimum 100%whey gold standard" 2 scoops for the protein drink to have 48g protein and for the carb drink its 1 scoop for 47g of carb

what do you think Bro`s

Or shall i just have my mass protein shake for pre post which is BSN True mass

i have a weightgainer shake as my post workout.........but u could have waxy maize and protein powders......

Yes, if you don't want to eat real food it is. Sometimes I take poweraid and mix it with a whey cooler and drink it during my workout. I sure do notice it.
