Default Mixing supps with Blood preasure meds?
My uncle is on the following BP meds

Hyzaar
Hy-100 mg
Zaar-Z5 25mg (I think all the spellings are right)

He wants to take ZMA, which contains Magnessium, Zink and B6, does anyone know if this is ok?

I thought now since ZMA will lowerBP and the pills he is already on lower it.
