i take opti men its $25 its three every night works great.better than any gnc product i ever taken.

I take GNC Mega Men. Its under $20 for 180 capsules. If you take 3 a day like some do, then that comes down to less than $10/day.

first you'll want 2 find out if your vitamins r fake or real. the way 2 do that is 2 put them in water and if they dissolve within 20min they r real if they dont your just goin 2 crap them out and waste your money. synthetic vitamins that do get into your system have been shown to cause health problems so make sure your getting the real thing. i take DoubleX from Nutrilite it has 3 pills multi vit/mineral & phytonutrient. all there supplements r natural so some might b a little pricey but u get what u pay for. better get something that works rather than something your goin 2 crap out. go 2 www.zelliott.qhealthbeauty.com i've been using there products & wont use anything else

I don't know how you can say that. Your body is made up of more than just water. The stomach acid alone is way stronger and I bet will dissolve any vitamin....real or fake

ive heard alot of people talk about universal animal pak, multis. there bout $75 aust though.

I use Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men vitamins and I take one before breakfast and before lunch. I have tried Animal Pak and I just didnt enjoy swallowing so many pills. I think it is benifitial to take more then just one pill a day due to absorbtion over time. Right?
