. I recently bought me some things to help during training and would like to see what you think on " when and how much " ! I did a lot of search before posting here but I couldn find the right answers. What I got :
1 L-Carnitine ( 60 min before workout and before bed )
2 L-Glutamine ( before and after workout , before bed )
3 Bcaa's ( before and after workout )
4 Omega 3 ( with meals , after workout )
5 Vitargo ( during training )
6 Complete Whey ( after workout and before bed )
7 Tribestan ( 3 times daily with meals )
Alright guys, thats pretty much everything . I will be training 4 times a week and will be doing cardio ( morning run ) on training days only ! Which supplements should I take before the cardio ( wont eating anything before the run ) and after . Critiques of the usage and dosasge highly WELCOME !!!
