AH! No need to get any NO product...a little pump for a lotta money.

For a guy who sounds like he's 15 or 16 (let me know if I'm off base) you need to eat a LOT, lift, and eat a LOT. You're 120# and "can't eat a lot?" Bullshit.

And:

..if you use Nlarge, no need for another protein powder.
..actually, I likeTrac, but have been using CEE lately.
..just eat. weight gainers are "meals" just like any other. if you aren't hungry for a real meal, you won't be hungry for a weight gainer.
..vitamins=good. take them in the morning after breakfast.
..don't buy from GNC!
..keep eating (and lifting)
..if you HAVE to add something, NLarge seems to be a good thing
..I don't think GNC sells N-Large (but you can ask 'em)
..eat, eat, eat.

You can take one with your morning breakfast and take another after your workout.

Brad, don't know if it's fair to call him a liar. If he had some type of eating disorder, he probably wouldn't be asking help of this forum. There are all types of reasons why someone might have a poor appetite. Sluggish digestion, hormone imbalance, to name two.

I agree that weight gainers and protein powders are just food. But many people can drink a liquid shake when they can't force down solid food. It's the same thing as a fast food addict who fills up on cheeseburgers and fries but still has room for a milkshake.

Look at gastric bypass surgery. They have to drink fortified shakes in order to get enough nutrients. Although someone who has had the surgery may only be able to eat a couple of tablespoons of solid food, they can take in a lot more liquified food at once.

Now, I agree with you. Real, healthy food should be the goal. But I know from personal experience that shakes can help you in that goal toward eating adequately, rather than just being a replacement.
