Lots of different things. I recommend mixing it in a dextrose/maltodextrin shake. Another effective method is grape juice is you don't have these things. Creatine needs help transporting to your muscles. Proven effective are sugar or carbs or a combo. Grape juice is loaded with sugar so have at it.

I use Gatorade. I think that was on the list of things that would transport.

Gatorade Lemonade
Ingredients: water, sucrose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, salt, sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, ester gum, sucrose acetate isobutyrate, yellow 5
Nutrition Facts: serving size: 8 fl oz; calories 50; total fat 0g; sodium 110mg; potassium 30mg; total carbs 14g; sugars 14g
I don't think that's not nearly enough to be an effective transport module. Creatine doesn't do anything for me unless I get at least 50 grams of carbs and maybe aroung 25 grams of dextrose. That's why I just bought cee from Bulk Nut. so I don't have to worry anymore.

Technically yes, but if he drinks that whole thing, will he have room left over for the only shake that matters: 50 grams of protein, 70 grams of carbs??
-I just bought 200 grams of Bulk CEE and from what I hear it's death warmed over. I acually don't give a shit about taste, only if it works or not. I hate all the rookies over at Bulk saying, "I gained alot of muscle from it, but because the taste was rotten, I gave it 1 star and won't be buying it again." -Sounds like they got sand in their clit.

I like CEE, I got 500 grams and I am half way through my ugly looking bottle. I cared about the taste at first, but now I am used to it.

I just use the scoop from my regular creatine mono and I take 1/2 a scoop. I know the whole deal about denisty/volume thing, but I really dont care, as I think I am getting enough CEE to help me with my lifts. At first I was using the scoop that I got with my MRI glutamine, it was supposed to whold one gram of glutamine, but when I measured it using cee it averaged to about .8 grams per scoop. So I was taking about 5 scoops of that a day until I lost that damn scoop. My school lab is closed so there is no way I can get an accurate measurment with my creatine mono scoop unless I am willing to pay about 20 bucks for a cheap ass shit that only shows values up to 3 significant figures.

How do you like it? I used to use Pinnacle Esterfied Creatine and loved it. I noticed that Bulk used the CEE HCL whereas the Pinnacle version used sodium. I wonder if it matters.
