Default my results from scivation extend, tribulus, and scivation vasocharge

I took extend for 2 months during wrestling season when I was cutting weight and for 2 months when wrestling was done. I don’t think it did much for me; I didn’t notice any strength or size differences. The only thing that I noticed was that I was a bit more ripped but that is because I did more cardio when I was taking it. I think the results are just mental in a way that you think you are getting bigger because you are taking a supplement.
The tribulus I got for free when I bought extend. It was 45% sapiens. I also don’t think that I got any bigger or stronger from it. It isn’t even proven to raise test levels so what can you expect. I think that the results from it were also mental.
Vaso charge sucked! here is the list of bad things that it did: it made my lips burn after drinking it, when ever I did heavy squats of dead lifts or cleans I almost passed out after every set, one time I fell down ( I was breathing correctly). Also when I took it anytime after 4 then I could not sleep all night. I didn’t have any good results from it.
