It helps immensely with stamina, added extra reps from day one for me. I know when I take it I bust it in the gym, you can over work like crazy.. Hard to fatigue at all... If you have a long workout routine, whether it's good or not, and I do, it definitely helps you make it through start to finish strongly. Of course it's muscle tech and it is high priced but I really have to give vapor a thumbs up... I've tried MRI black powder, and Noxplode. They're not even in the same league.. Only thing I can say is never buy it in the store catch it online at a discount.. I really like to hit it up when I'm just draggin ass. WHich I know is my fault because I overwork. Whatever is in that stuff puts me in the zone, even if it's just in my head... ANd I have tried other similar supps without the same results.. SO All I can say hrdgain, is that it works for me. It give me satmina when I need an extra push. I'd be open to any cheaper versions.. I've tried citruline malate, beta alanine, and caffeine. Just not quite the same.

Enorris, I personally think it is over-priced, but hey if it works for you go for it. It sounds like you have had great results from it, but have you had any side effects or a letdown after? Just curious.

I totally agree, it is way over-priced... I never hardly get to buy it because of that... And as far a crashing, not so much immediately after.. But I feel like crap for a week or so when I come off it.. Nothing crazy just kind of lazy in the gym... I guess kinda of coming back down off the caffeine high.. lol

Enorris, thanks for that write up. I wasnt doubting you, I am just of the firm belief that anything MT sells can be duplicated for a much cheaper price. If it works for you, then thats awesome, its not everyday that a suppliment actually comes through on its claims.

When you did the citrulline malate, beta alanine, and caffeine, did you add in high GI carbs? I think that's where most of that stamina comes from...replenishment of glycogen stores.

I'm sure that people are going to feel an effect. I think if you were to stay on it longer term and not just when it is on sale you'd find it wearing off. But my complaint is just like anything from MT...they are charging you for the illusion of scores of ingredients most of which are microdosed. Look at the 'serving size". 24000 mg. Which is of course 24 grams but 24000 sounds oh so much higher. 22 grams of that is the "proprietary blend" with the taurine and creatine products mostly but 10 grams of that must be maltodextrin (that's expensive malto right there).
The rest of the MANY (about 55?) ingredients has to be divided into 2 grams. So yeah overpriced rippoff product. They use ingredients as marketing.
And keep in mind that's not even counting other ingredients such as citric acid and buffers.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Muscletech, like Eric mentioned, uses ingredients as a marketing ploy in order to get uninformed but eager individuals to pay a lot of money for their product. If you educate yourself and determine what you really want you can find quality products at a very reduced price. Unless you buy into their marketing scheme and feel like you are the next Jay Cutler.

I'm not saying it won't help. I'm saying that a lot of their products are overpriced and one can do better on their own doing their own research. Thats all. For their prices you better be getting results in my opinion.
