^^^^^^ Agreed. Need more food dude!

I've been there before too. It sucks being naturally skinny and having trouble putting on mass.

But you can spend a lot of money on supplements but they are not going to do anything for you unless your diet is on key. You'll need to start in the kitchen in order to grow.

Supplements will help you a little further, but only if your diet is up to par.

Get on a bulk diet and add whey protein, creatine, multivitamin, and fish oil.

Eat lots of vegetables. Eat cottage cheese before bed. Tons of eggs whites. Lots of water, whole wheat and whole grains. Protein, creatine, multi vitamin.

However, if you don't get enough rest and stick with compound exercises then you will be healthy and fit, but not gaining. I know two dudes at the gym, good nutrition and supps.

The caveat is that they do too much volume with bad form and too much weight.
