Default Need Supplement Help

Age: 33
Height: 5' 9''
Weight: 170 (average)

Hello all...

I'm hoping I can get some proffesional ideas on supplements. I'm looking to increase my body weight to about 190 - 200 pounds. It's important to me that I do this naturally. However, I get very confused when I start looking for supplements.

A brief history of my bodybuilding experience:

From 1993 - 1997, I worked out about three hours every other day. I went from 135 pounds soaking wet to a hard 180. Unfortunately 180 seemed to be my peek. At the time, I was only taking amino acids 5 times a day and eating high protein foods. I was not really strict on my diet otherwise.

Now, I am at a steady 170. I'm just beggining my workout regimen again, and looking to gain about 20 - 30 pounds of hard muscle mass. I'm hoping someone can give me some good ideas on supplements to help achieve my goal. If you need any more information, please ask.

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, that 10 pounds can be found in bloat and your intestines. Top notch. It's not that easy. Just post your diet like Chinpiece recommends. That's usually where the problem lies.
