always worked for me. jk im sure it would be kind of weird to do that first thing in the morning. i would take caffiene pills or just drink something with alot of sugar in it. maybe take some room temp water squeeze a lemon or a half a lemon into it (should wake u up) and then some honey. (got this from a book a read a while ago) its worked for me so far. it doesnt look tasty or really taste good at all but it definatly does the trick.

Just tell ur momma to pour a bucket of water on ur head. It will wake u up. If that doesnt help, then there is this energy drink called diet rockstar, drink 16oz of that, and u will be running around the house.

Is there any kind of natural herb that gives you energy ?

I would like to find something that can perk me up for work in the morning, but i dont wanna take caffeine because i dont wanna crash on them, and have to work 8 more hours feeling like sh*t.

Iron-rich foods can wake you up
here are some iron rich foods
dark leafy green vegetables (such as spinach, kale, collards, bok choy)
brocolli
prune juice
dried fruits (incl. raisins, dates, prunes, figs, apricots)
shellfish, fish, and poultry
red meats
tofu
lentils & beans
bran flakes
sea vegetables

Here are some things to remember about iron and iron absorption:
Iron absorption is enhanced in the presence of Vitamin C, so make sure you're getting enough Vitamin C
Avoid caffine as much as possible, as it interferes with iron absorption
Avoid drinking excessive milk with meals to maximize iron absorption

Complex carbohydrates are also excellent energy boosters. The best sources of these are grain products and fruits.

Foods that provide fat are another good source of energy (Just make sure it is a "good fat", not saturated!). Some good sources of "good fats" are: nuts and nut butters, unrefined oils, such as olive oil, avacados, and cold water fish (salmon, for example).
