I used it last year to slim up a little before going home on leave. Staying on approximately the same diet and program while adding running once a week I was losing about 2 lbs a week. When I added thermogain i was losing close to 4. I could have probably got the same results running 2x a week. Placebo effect? I don't know but those are the facts.
