So let me start by saying that I am down from 365lbs of all fat to 230lbs 6'6 with at least 5lbs of extra skin i'm workin at, I've been at this for about 2 years now and recently decided to start hard gaining. I am taking superpump 250, a 2 month cycle of cryotest and cytogain lean mass gainer from musclemilk. This has all been approved from a pt at my gym but I want to get second opinions i'm on a 6 meal a day diet 400cals. 42g's of protein... I have the nutritional facts written down on the frigde its just too far away to get to. My question is that I have had urinate frequently since I started on my suppliments the first of the month, is this just a side-effect or is my body rejecting something?

You urinate a lot due to the amount of water with your supps. But don't let this stop you, it's normal. Just get use to it, if you don't go a lot then you could be dehydrated
