Default No2

I'm 18 years old, 6'4" about 200 lbs. Right now I'm taking 100% whey protein and creatine monohydrate. I lift a pretty good amount of weight, but I'm looking to get and look stronger. Some people at the my local gym were telling me about some pill called NO2. I guess it works really well and by the people looked who were telling me about it, it looks like it works well. Does NO2 really work like they say it does? If it does I'd be interested in taking it, but I heard it's pretty exspensive. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that it works. All it does is dialate your blood vessels giving you a "pump". I tried it and know from experience. If you're dead set on wasting your money, I'd suggest noxplode. If you workout hard enough you'll get the same pump anyways.

NO is just a temporary aesthetic supplement, I really did not notice anything unless I worked out. Like 03011 said there is no scientific evidence that links increased NO with Muscle Mass. It is just an overly hyped supplement of today.

If you are looking to add supplements I suggest dextrose to add with your post workout shake of whey.

Also make sure you are eating enough and sleeping at least 8 hours.

no2 seems to give me half a pump for maybe an hour or two after i take it. i doubt it's really doing me any long-term good.

In the past i've definately felt the effects of vasodialators as everyone has mentioned. However, I do think they can play a role in significantly increasing the rate at which post workout nutrients are taken to the muscle. It would make sense that creatine as well as bcaas, and other such nutrients that have a half hour window of opertunity would benifit from increased mobilization to the muslces.

It may not be anabolic persay, but i have exsperience some effects especially when used with creatine.

Default N02

I think N02 is some good stuff to use for about a month then switch over to another supplement. I have seen good results for short term use. You just need to take some Blitz cycle with the N02 because there is nothing like going crazy with the weight on N02 and blitz. Helllllllll yyyyyyeah!

I AM NOT a fan of NO products.

If you're already taking CEE, you may want to look into PCn and Citrulline Malate!

I know one guy that's on NOxplode and he swears by it. He's a big guy, but he didn't get big on that stuff, he started taking it after he got big. He's been on it for about 8 months and his bodyweight hasn't moved more than 5lbs and his lifts are pretty much stagnant, he added about 10 lbs to bench. So I'd say that from the scientific aspect and from this guys experience that NO2 isn't really worth it.

Load up a barbell with alot of weight, put it on your shoulders and stand there for a bit....and that my friends is a cheap man's NOxplode
