I have never used NO by itself, I've only used Nitrix and it has other sups in it. At least I didn't get completely jipped.

So the glass is half full?

If I were you, I'd dump the nitrix for something else. If you think about it, you're already using Bulk cit malate and 3.5 grams is perfect IMO.

Nitrix $36.99
Serving Size: 3 Tablets
Servings Per Container: 60
Amount Per Serving:
L-arginine: 3000mg
alpha keto-glutarate (akg)
[Past 4 articles dispute akg unless it's intravenious at 40 grams]
CRTS (controlled release technology [Disproved "time release"]1897 mg
Methocel (micro-polymer hydrophillc ether matrix)
Phosphoplexx (calcium phosphate; di-potassium phosphate; & sodium phosphate)
ZCM (dicreatine malate) [You are already using CEE]
L-citrulline [You already have enough]

I like breaking things down like this. I'm waiting for the Seatle game to start. If you still like Nitrix, then by all means. But, I just wanted you to see that you have the option and opportunity to buy/try something else amigo.

well most of it is left overs from the last time I used it so I'm not just going to throw it out.. and I have tried other things and will bring them up in other journals to come. ;)
