Default Nitrix and creatine stack??????

Is it unhealthy to stack creatine and Nitrix(a nitric oxide supplement)????? please get back to me

No, it's not unhealthy. But the NO supplements are a waste of money. There is a thread about it if you do a search.

dont ever use NO supps, use Citruline Malate.

i think i got my best results off of no xplode and nitrix from bsn.

^^have you tried bulk citruline malate?

I always laugh when people talk about NO Xplode, the NO part of it is Arginine, which has been proven to do almost nothing (besides give you mouth sores), Citruline (which is cheap in bulk form), Histidine (which doesnt do much, your body makes a ton of it already) and a few smaller dosed things.

Oh, yeah and there is plenty of caffeine in NO Xplode, which is interesting since that hurts the effectiveness of NO products, its a vaso restricter.

creatine all it does is put more fulid in your muscles never have used it and im doing fine without it 22 inch bi-ceps not bad with out it

Blah blah blah...there are countless studies that confirm its effectiveness. Just because you haven't used it doesn't mean it's not a great supplement. It doesn't just "put more fluid in your muscles". Obviously you haven't ever researched creatine. Try it yourself or do some research before posting your uninformed opinions.

i have reasched it thats y i dont take it it fills the muscles with water or you have to drink alot of water to get it out of your system so y put something in your body that you have to drink egnormise amounts of water to get it out FAKE MUSCLES read the facts ross 86 and prove me wrong
