creatine - Training days - before and after workout.
- Non training days - in morning

Carbo gain - not sure what this is, but if it's maltodextrin, you can take it before and after your workout (with protein)

Amino fuel - Take 15-20g pre workout.

Just my opion - others may suggest something different

right on the money Talo, You should be taking in around 15-20g protien, 10-20g carbo gain, and 3-4g creatine in your pre workout shake. Then double the protien, triple the carbs, and keep the creatine the same for the post workout shake (taken no more then 30 minutes after your workout).

Or atleast thats what I would do, you may need less protien or carbs depending on your stats, I'm 5'11" and 260lbs.

The amino fuel, I would take as Talo suggested, and perhaps in the morning on off days. there is a lot of good stuff in amino fuel I'm just not sure how cost effective it is.

Agreed Talo is right on point. My pre and post workout shakes are very similar in makeup to Hrdgain. Then again I am trying to be a big bastard!!

Hi I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and 143 lbs. Can you now let me know my recommended dosage pre and post workout?

When you say protein, are you referring to "Whey Protein"? Which company's protein should i take? Also can i mix carbo, protein and creatine into one glass of shake or should they be taken in some intervals?

thanks again in advance.

Funkster, there is no definate template for this, but I would start with something like this:

Pre 15g carbs, 20g Pro, 3g creatine all in one shake, then depending on flavor take the aminos seperate.

Post 40g carbs, 40g pro, 3g creatine all in one shake. Taken as soon as you can after lifting.

Now granted I'm pretty sugar sensitive, a little bit goes a long way with me. And I'm not trying to bulk, so my numbers are a little skewed. Start with this and work up if you feel you need to, and if you feel like your starting to put on fat adjust the numbers down a bit, although if you are putting on fat more then just this will need to be adjusted in your diet.

Those dosages should be good for you also. Mix them together. I always take mine 15-30 minutes before my workout.

As far as whey protein goes, Optimum Nutrition is a safe bet. Stay away from the more expensive stuff unless you're going to go with a whey isolate. You shouldn't be paying more than $25 for 2lbs of a good whey blend.

EDIT: Dammit, fourth time in two days that I posted while someone else was posting...and got beat.
