How many pounds? I've heard alot of weightlifters who psychologically feel small because of a diet.

I wouldn't try to try NOX at night either.

Taurus, have you posted a pic yet? You should let us see how small you are at 245.

I'm hoping to post a pic as well at 245 later in the day. You guys will like the pose...It's with a tape measure of my bicep. ;)

you might wanna check out P/12 from www.proteinfactory.com

i havne't tried some of the most recent creatine products available, but that one was hands down, far and above any other creatine product i'd tried. the recommended dose is only 1g/day and its $11 for 100g so its hella cheap. thats like $4/month for creatine (at recommneded dose). even if it doens't work well for you its a pretty small investment.

it will take some pretty damn good reviews for me to stray to another creatine product. i'm not trying to hype it up, but it works very well for me. hopefully if any of you guys try it, you will be equally impressed

Nah, six years of espanol in school. Where I was from in MA, spanish is a second language.

I took spanish in high school for one year, but hated it. The first class that I went to, I was placed wrong in college level spanish, and hell I didnt even know the letters or numbers, so the teacher asked me something in spanish and I answered saying, Mucho Grande Nachos!! That was all the spanish I knew. The teacher kicked me out of class, I went straight to the principal and told him, I am placed in the wrong class by mistake and I need a schedule change, since i was a principal's honor student, he already knew me, I never had to take a look at that ugly beeotch one more time.
