The No2 states before breakfast and lunch so that the bottle won't last as long and you'll be forced to buy another. Just take a serving preworkout only and save some money.

i am just wondering do you use no2 and is that what you did? i'm not trying to be a smart ass.

No, I don't use No2. I ran out of bulk Citrulline Malate, which IMO is the only effective product compared to others like AAKG, AKG, ect....

But, if I had a bottle of No2, that's exactly what I would do. I fail to see a need to take it anytime aside from Preworkout. Even if I had the money to spend. Bigger pumps, nutrient shuttling, slightly increased endurance capacity...These effects are of course utilized best during lifting, not before breakfast or lunch..At least that's the way I look at it.

EDIT: In case you're wondering, yes, I've tried a few brands when they first came out. Didn't really do anything from what I could tell...And the price is very high for "kinda feeling a slight pump"

i read somewhere that it takes 5-7days for you to see results of NO2, is that true?
