Non ckd wieght loss
Ok i'm putting together a regiment for my buddy, I dont have any exsperience with cutting w/o going low carb, so i'm enlisting the almight help of the forum.
I will have him at 500 cals below main. With 30 min cardio 3 days a week, then after a few weeks putting in some HIIT.
What other then stimulants will help him shed some unwanted body fat.

There are a couple ways. Like jenn said, do cardio in the morning and grab some vasopro.
I do cardio in the am. I take 30g protein shake right when getting up, then cardio soon afterwards. I take 25mg vasopro, 200mg caff, and 81mg Asprin. Some people add in Yohmbine, or green tea. Reporter will be using tri-max. There is also synephrine for receptors... Its best to start off slow with stimulants to check tolerances. Oh yeah, I take my stack 3 times a day for a total of 75e, 600c, 243a.
For diet - the 500 is good to start. Keep clean, have pc in morn then pc pre and post workout.
Some people prefer a carb cycle, going with a low, medium, then high carb day.
I will try a Zig-Zag diet next. Setup is -
Low calorie days (20-25% below maintenance) - 2000 cal
High calorie days (Maint level) - 2650
Ive been on a low carb diet, and it is nice to try something that I can have carbs again. I had oats for the first time in a while yesterday.... good stuff.

just as an aside, from my research for him i will create my post ckd diet. I plan on continued cutting afterward.
so I take it sesathin, r-ala, are not viable for this type of diet. I would assume not since i use both of them to push me into ketosis.
i will most likely have him use fish oil, should i cut that, or will it still benifit him?

I think the hoodia plant is good for appetite suppression.

hrdgain, Sesathin and r-ala help the body with nutrient partitioning. and can be included in any cutting cycle. Here is Avant Labs writup http://www.mindandmuscle.net/page.php?pageID=234 , There is also info in their forum. I learned a lot of new words in the writup.
yup, from what ive read 0311 is right, from BN "By decreasing appetite, curbing cravings, and increasing energy, Hoodia Gordonii can be a useful addition to any fat-loss program."
word
now that is getting nicer in most places, throw sprints in the mix.

yeah sprints are a must, and i read up on hoodia i think that is a must too.
however i need to work up to sprints, i cant just jump into them or i wont be able to walk the next day ... so they dont get into my cutting cycle till about week 3.
as far as sesathin i wonder if the cost benifit is there to drop 26 bucks on it a month.
i would hesitate to use r-ala when carbs are involved, it is a nutrient partitioner, but it will shuttle carbs to fat just as quickly, its not a "carb blocker"

I havent seen a cutting diet from dave yet. But i know you can easily adjust his bulking 101 to go below main. cals for a cutter.
my main concern was with cutting sups, and not trying to be in ketosis, and still lose wieght.

I stick with my old fashioned low fat high protein diet when I am cutting. At least I am regular, not like all of you on the low carb diet
