I just read an article about nucleotides. It didn't give any specifics. The article said that it did lower Cortisol levels and raise Salivary immunoglobin, which is a marker of immune function, in a study. But I couldn't find the study. It even said that it "significantly" did, but that's one term that is misused very often. My immune function is working fine. I don't think my cortisol levels are messed up. OH! I just remembered that they added vitamin C along with the nucleotides in the study. Vitamin C lowers cortisol levels and helps to boost the immune system. Shit, that negates the whole entire study, right?
