I think its good for the kid... it'll keep him motivated indefinitely
btw as far as sups go I've found that straight l arginine and l lysine 1000mg pills are a crazy pumper more than two bottles of noxplode in one serving.. a guy told me to try it ..he was jacked it was cheap so I gave it a whirl 1000mg per 100lbs of bodyweight and wow veins veins veins and incrdible pumps now this comes with a price.. you'll be exausted by you 3rd exercise and pumped like you been there all day so I recommend taking it week on week off status..give it a try if you don't like it gnc has that guarantee... and don't get the timed release crap...

Haha I almost said the same thing earlier, but I figured I'd let someone else do it.

I believe he is mentally capable of doing both.

i believe its main purpose is to cramp your forearms so bad that its impossible to grip a bar, making it impossible to lift.

When I was 16 I had two parts of my brain... the one that thought about 16 year old girls, and the part that reminded my about the other part of my brain currently thinking about 16 year old girls...
Oddly enough my brain has not changed much...
what...?

hahhah dude, that was great, well played.
Its really funny, I remember being in 10th grade study hall, and mixing my shaker bottle of phosphagen (creatine and sugar) and I was the most irresponsible kid ever. But its not like its hard to use creatine, and stay away from any potentially bad sides.

Honest to golly I didn't even know you could screw creatine use up. Ever look at the potential side effects for aspirin?
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); black or bloody stools; confusion; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; hearing loss; ringing in the ears; severe or persistent stomach pain; unusual bruising; vomiting.
I mean, if you assumed that was a REAL threat, would you take the stuff?
