Default Over 50...back into training... looking to add mass

Got back into body building training, last March, after a two decade sabbatical. (I WAS successful, at the amatuer level during that timeframe.) Hitting it three to four days a week, moderate weights (for a guy who's not 30 anymore), pretty solid on my diet, but I made a choice to eliminate red meats and seafood from my diet. I'm far from complaining about the results up to this point, but I'd like to begin to add some mass. I'm also not too keen on whey protein but would consider a QUALITY soy protein if it would help. I'm entertaining suggestions and would be glad to share more info as needed.
