Bro, if she was cooking all my meals she wouldn't leave the kitchen... but she is a HUGE help.

Aug 23

Morning weight is now 230.

Taking first two pills at 6:00am , then the next two around 12:-1:00.
The second set is a nice boost for the day, helps me get through and if I need to workout after work I'm not tired at all. 9:30 I come to a halt , which is perfect because I need my 8hrs sleep!!

I have started skipping everyday at work, which i don't like very much but it is giving something to do.

The past 8 days I haven't had more than 150g carbs a day.Only 50g when I'm not training. And zero sugar, which I am starting to crave, I have a huge sweet tooth. Well, last Tuesday I had some pasta to re-charge and shock.

I went and got some no sugar added life savers and twizzlers....Taste good, but they sure do clean ya out!! Not a very good idea.

Been awhile since I posted anything...

My weight is just under 230 now. The TCD diet has sure helped with this. I'm liking the pills still as they have helped me get through some ruff days at work and some good workouts...
My strengh has gone up big time...pressed 295x5x5. Next week is 305!!!!

Back from Holidays now. Finished with the leviathan during them. My weight was down to 228lbs.The highest I was was 238.5lbs.

I will try and get some final pictures up sometime soon. NOw that I'm back to work it might not be for awhile.

All in All I believe that leviathan works. My weight stayed the same for the longest time, then slowly dropped. But the best part is that my strength went up. Yesturday I hit a PR of 325x1 bench. Deads are up aswell. But my squats have been none existent, because of my knee.

I would recomend it to anyone and I might even do another bottle.
