Hey guys i've been browsing this forum and discover that i really am a newbie and need your advice.
I'm 21, 5"10, 166lbs. I've been taking martial arts for a few years, and do a fair bit of running; I believe i am pretty fit. However, I have never tried bulking up until 3 weeks ago.
3 weeks ago i started a new diet + supplement intake to try to build muscle mass but keep myself as lean as possible.
Supplement Intake:-

Hydroxicut Hardcore.
Pre-Workout:
Hydroxicut Hardcore;
Gakic.
Post-Workout:
Anator P70 + GNC Glutamine;
Nitro tech Hardcore;
Before sleep:
Nitro tech Hardcore;
GNC Amino acids.

Including the supplement intake calories + food calories i try not to exceed more than 2500 calories per day.
I was 162lbs before starting this and gained a slow 4 lbs since i've started. I'm tired of reading bb magazines and not gaining big/fast results. I've noticed some upper body definition but i've started to grow a nasty gut.
I'm cutting out the Cell-tech because of the high amount of dextrose starting tomorrow. Is there any other supplements/changes to my diet i can do to get the results i want? Money is not an issue.
