Your best gains will come from years of dedication and hard work. There are no shortcuts here. If you SERIOUSLY want to make an impact, get your diet and rest in order. I would say the most obvious thing to fix for most people would be these two areas. Poor nutrition and poor rest can hold you back in ways you can't even dream of.

i got the basics down, i eat high protein (~2-300g, 400g the day before yesterday, i felt gross), med-hi carb, and med. fat (i like fat) also up until last week i consistently got about 9-10hrs sleep, now i got a job so its a consistent 7, which i think is borderline, but sufficient. i meant wat supps do you recommend, ex: is superpump250 any good?, what bcaa supplementation is best? thanks

I wouldn't reccomend any supplements, if I'm honest. If you want to eat something and pretend it takes the place of lots of hard work and dedication, eat dirt... just mix a spoon full into a glass of water. I'm sure it has some minerals or something in it that might also have some random outside chance of having the most miniscule impact on your body. But at least that way it would be free.

Come on andrew, I've read the studies on dirt, and they dont make the most compelling argument for performance enhancement. You really cant beat the price though lol.
The best BCAAs are bulk powder, I just bought a kilo for under forty bucks at nutra. There are a few other things I would recommend, creatine mono, citruline malate, beta-alanine, and my personal favorite ALCAR. All in bulk form, all cheap.

It's not a branched chain amino acid. And I've only ever read studies that say supplementation doesn't do anything. Despite that, it might still work. In most cases, supplementation doesn't do anything because the body makes as much as it needs....so supplementing won't do anything. Everybody is different though.
Nutraplanet.com is numero uno
Bulknutrition.com is a close second
