After all you guys help I think I am getting a little closer to getting this down. I don't know a lot about this, and totally not enough to be mixing anything on my own. So Here is what I did today, please let me know if it's ok, OR what I should have done,

5am woke
5:15am Protein shake followed by (here I get confused) I took 1 serving (1scoop) of cell-tech creatine (it sais for loading stage take 1 serving 2scoops when you wake and when you workout, which would be right after one another) SO, should (during this loading stage) take the full dose of cell-tech or break it up like I did and then 12hrs later just take a full dose? Then take Hot-Rox.
5:45am- eat a banana or a half a tuna sandwich
6-6:15am arrive at gym
7-15am home, down a protein shake, then my 1 scoop of creatine, the get ready for work. Breakfast will be either hard boiled eggs, or a tuna sandwich, or a chicken breast, something like that.

I got the diet somewhat down and the workout, I am doing the full body you guys recommended in another post. This supplement thing I am trying to grasp. As I said I'm pretty stupid at this so simplicity will definately benefit me.

Thanks in advance!
