Question Pre-Workout

I've been on TRAC for a while now.

I am looking for a pre-workout supplement that is a bit more intense.
all suggestions are welcome.

actually you don´t really need a specific pre-workout supp. just eat a good meal 1-2 hours before working out. if you want to take a pre workout snack, just consume 20-30g of whey togehter with 30-50g slow carbs(apple, oatmeal etc.)

Default Pre-Workout Supplement

I recently tried a preworkout product that I saw really decent results with. It's called Plateau Breaker. It's kind of pricey, but it really does work

Get your pre workout nutrition right first. Supplements come later.

... In fact, get alll your nutrition right first. A proper diet will help you 10x more than any supplement ever will.

Let me correct that again: A proper diet will make or break what gains you make in the gym. Plain and simple.
