Default Wal-Mart Supps Question

I was wondering if anyone takes the supps from walmart? Right now I am taking ON Whey and PrimaForce CEE

Age 36
Goal-gain a lot of mass, then cut

I noticed today that Walmart has protein and creatine at a silly low price. Is this stuff any good? The ones they had were:
Six Star Prof. Strength Whey and Advanced Creatine
Body Fortress Whey
Body Fortress Creatine

When my CEE runs out I was thinking of taking Vitargo or Green Mag, not sure which is better- still reading and reading and reading. Any advice on what creatine to get would be most helpful.

I use the six star products you mentioned. I've gone through about 2 tubs of protein and 1 of creatine and so far they're just as good as anything else. I used to use pro-lab creatine and whey, but I can't see/feel any difference between the two (other than price of course).

I've used the six-star protein as well, good price good protein.. At the right places you can get ON for the same or better price though.. Good deals on the net.

If you look at whats really in it, its all the same things the big manufacturers put in. For the price def worth it I'd say. a 20g scoop of whey is pretty much a 20 g scoop of whey

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

Yea, supplement buying at Wal-Mart is a great way to save money. I wouldn't buy any grapes from them, though, last time I did that they spoiled the next day

All those brands are fine. I actually use the bodyfortress creatine.

On a similar note to what triggey just said though, make sure you watch the expiration dates on supplements in general through them. Because sometimes you think you're getting a great deal on some huuuuge tub of whatever then you get it home and realize it expires the next month
