Exclamation Precision Muscle Stack Gainer? vs. Allmax Quickmass

Hi everyone!!

I am a beginner and I am trying to build my body mass.

I wanna ask what do you guys think of Precision Muscle Stack Gainer?

in comparsion with Allmax Quickmass?

Never heard of either of them. Get some basic whey, and some dextrose/maltodextrin, thats really all you need for pre/post workout nutrition.

post up stats, training routine, diet so we can help more.

I used muscle stack and gained 15 pounds in 2 to 3 months. It is the only product i have used with proven results! You have to eat like a horse at the same time, you can't just rely on this powder! You also have to put in at least 4 days of hard work outs!

Be ware other brands...

It should be no problem, I would get out the hammer and chisal, as it may have caked up a bit
