Default Preventing amino death?

I have a plastic jar of protein powder that I keep in my car, so I can stay on track of protein consumption anywhere I may be. I have a question, is this harmful for the aminos in the powder? I know that glutamine is heat-sensitive. I have another container of dextrose/creatine in the car that I mixed at a 5:1 ratio of dextrose to creatine, and it got clumpy, like sand that hardens into 'rocks'
