Ok, well thanks for the help, I will give it a try then, and see how it goes working tri's with chest and bi's with back. I like having a four day split though. Do you think it'd still be alright if I were to train shoulders seperately? as to keep to a four day split?

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you get enough rest between the shoulder & chest days. I think a lot of people prefer it that way.

If you like 4 training days, why not try doing an upper/lower split?

You'll hit every body part twice a week, with enough recovery time in between to not overtrain just one area.

Well, as long as you keep your volume at a sane level, that is

haha, "sane level" that being the key phrase. I like hitting about 12-16 sets per muscle group. Well, per major muscle group (legs, back, chest) the auxilary groups (bi's tri's shoulders) I usually hit anywhere from 6-10 sets.
