Did you pay $340 for this ? I didn't get to much out of that description but it sounds like some weight gainer ( powder ) or super weight gainer :D . I'm sure you could have got similar shit for a lot less , but then again I don't know what was in it . No macro values ?

I sent them an email asking a simple question -what is in this stuff ? If i'm going to pay $340 USD over $400 CAN I want to know.

^^Seems a bit wierd to buy something for that much money and have no clue what you've actually bought.

^^^ Yep. Want to start a supplement company Kane? I hear rice flour is cheap & I just bought a capping kit. I could add a little caffeine, then use the rice flour for filler. Apparently we can charge $340 for a month's supply. :)

They did it in "Bigger Faster Stronger". The guy made a 'proprietary blend' capsule which consisted of mainly rice flour and a bit of creatine. All done by the book and legal. Cost about $1 dollar per bottle and could probably be sold for at least $40. All you need to do is include the words: hardcore, extreme, stack, hardgainer, and pump. It will sell like crazy.

LOL. Yeah I saw that too. But iv'e been a member of the board that sells those supps. for years, and many of the other members were too. Supp. companies never really tell you what, or everything that's in there products. You would be a fool to think that they do. But on the flipside, the product I'm using deff. seems to be doing what it claims to very well. The only way to find out is to try it I always say.

Ok then. What kind of workout/split would you recomend?, since you seem to be the authority on this.

I know they won't say .5 grams of this and 6 grams of that and blah blah. But I'd at least like to know the majority of the ingredients.

Personally I'd rather spend the 300 bucks on some literature or some gear (not anabolics but things like bands, chains, some wraps, maybe a suit). But I'm still looking forward to seeing the review :D
