Arrow Primal Force Log.......

Haven't posted on this forum until now, so this is my first. I'm starting with my log, and review of this supp.

Here goes:

Training:

Back, Bi's, abs.........

One Arm Dumbell Rows 4x6-8(first 2 warmups, 90lbs.)
Pullups 2xFailure(bodyweight)
Pulldowns 2x6-8(200lbs.)
Seated Machine Rows 2x6-8(160lbs. each side)
Incline Dumbell Curls 2x6-8(40 lbs.)
Barbell Curls 2x6-8(85lbs.)
Machine Preacher Curls 2x4-6(70 lbs.)
Twisting Crunches 3x15 supersetted w/
Reg. Crunches 3x15

Done!

Notes: Good strength, and weight increases have been coming recently due to supps. added. Most recently added is something called primal force that is supposedly a mass gaining supp. in nature that I recently purchased. Really like this product. Good pumps. So far since beginning this, Iv'e went from 160ish to 173 in bodyweight, mostly lean, and I am getting consistantly stronger. Those poundages aren't my maxes. Review so far, VERY GOOD!

is that all you work out is back, bi's and abs?

crunches are really not good for your back. and they really don't do much for your abs. browse through a few journals on here, and you'll find some much better alternatives like planks and anti rotation stuff. which is what your abs are meant for

Obviously no that is not all that I work. It was just my last workout.
Max weight has also gone up in all my major lifts since on this gainer. Good stuff.

I'm wondering the same. He doesn't say anything about the product that he's logging. I googled "primal force" (I shouldn't have to if he's running a log; he should have posted product information with it) and I didn't come up with anything.

To the OP: Pumps don't mean anything. Judging a workout based on the pump you get is about as worthwhile as judging your workout by how good your hair looks in the gym mirror that day. Strength and weight gain are good indicators however. You should post your diet also, if you're serious.

Product reviews are useless if the person testing is getting newbie gains anyway.

Its skews the results.
