Default ProM3 vs Optimum 100% Whey

From what I've read, Optimum is where a lot of people head, but after looking at ProM3, it seems a little better minus the size limit of only 2.2lb tubs.

Anyone have a go with ProM3? How was the turnout?

That stuff is a blend...Optimums Gold Standard is 100% whey protein. You want unadultered whey PWO. ON's protein is cheaper also.

ON is the way to go you can't go wrong. The only other protein I would consider buying is Scivation Whey, its a little cheaper than ON, but is almost the same, taste pretty good also

Dymatize makes a decent, cheap protein also.........among others.

proteinfactory.com & trueprotein.com would be good places to look.

How is the quality of there protein? Also how does it taste? I know taste isn't a big deal, but nothing wrong with being able to enjoy drinking it.

I just was looking up protein factory and found out they are run out of the back of a pet shop? Doesn't sound sanitary to me.

It's good quality. It's at least 80% protein which is good for concentrate. Most people's isolate doesn't contain too much more protein than that. I'm trying to find some reviews of the flavors & I'm coming up empty. I'm sure the chocolate probably isn't too bad. And vanilla is pretty versatile because of everything you can add to it.

I don't think it's run out of a pet shop...that must have been a joke.
