So I was at the gym today and they ordered up a few dozen cases of this New-Whey Liquid Protein Shots by IDS.

I don't know if anyone has seen these, but they taste like a syrup popsicle.

Each 92ml has (test tube)

176 cals
42g of protein
0g sugar (but dosen't taste like it)
64mg Sodium
31mg Potassium
Carbs 2g

So I bought myself a case of the fruit flavor. I'm thinking this is perfect for me because I'm always in my truck and I will be keeping these for a quick blast of protein.
