That's where I get my protein from! They have quality protein at excellent prices.

They even opened up a new factory for our Canadien brothers and sistas!

I like the fact that you can mix and match your proteins. I use a mixture of WPC/WPI through out the day, WPI/dex/malto for post workout, micellar/cassien for my last meal. I pay less than 100bucks a month for this including shipping!

I am trying another company that is pretty good from what I hear it's 'All they Whey'. I ordered their sampler packets to see if I like any of their flavors, so we'll see.

For the WPC/WPI it's a 70% to 30% and for the Nightime blend Micellar/cassein it's 60% to 40%.

On the PWO shake I have it 50% WPI and 25% dextro, 25% malto and they are all perfect rations for me!

Now that I will be trying out All the Whey, I will have to rearrange things a little, but I find that fun!

You can get a better explanation from the company we are talking about, but I will try my best to describe it.

Whey is a byproduct of dairy products, it is then refined and makes an excellent protein source! Whey protein Concentrate is the cheaper of the whey, as it still contains some lactose, but is still a good choice and cheap.

Whey Protein Isolate is more expensive as the process takes more to get the lactose completely out. This is a better choice if you are lactose intolerant! It's a little more pricey, but well worth it.

What I do is combine them to make it decent price wise and taste wise. If you ever get a chance Taurus check out their website and maybe order a couple of pounds to see if you like it. If you can add a couple of protein shakes to your diet, you will fulfill your protein requirements for the day. Without protein you will be spinning your wheels at the start line!
