Gakic I got to product test as did some others in this forum. I DID find that it helped me crank out an extra rep or two. To me an extra rep or two is not the deciding factor to gain a few more pounds of muscle mass. The cost outweighs the gains so to speak. But I could see it being useful if your diet is in order, and you are keeping a
very detailed log book progressing close to your 1 RM. (There goes 70% of the population
)
Leukic I do not have any personal experience with. It is basically the amino acid Leucine isn't it? Seven grams worth if memory serves. Would this supplement work? I'd say it would. But, why would you ONLY buy one amino acid out of the bunch? The price is certainly too high IMO. Why not buy
BN's BCAA which are 1000 grams worth for $40 and get waay more bang for your buck? It beats 30 servings of Leukic for $10 MORE.
Anator P-70..It's advertised to sound like they just [finally] discovered the Lost Ark of gaining mass.

I would love to believe that a dietary supplement can alter my DNA. If that were the case, I'd love for them to insert gamma rays into their next product and turn my into the incredible hulk. lol. Ok, being serious. Looking at their supplement label, I see 57 grams carbs, 20 grams protein, 7 grams of L-Leucine, and 7 grams of Phenylgene (no clue). It also has probably about 2-3 grams of creatine in it. It says 5, but it's a blend of creatine plus two other ingredients. Forget about the creatine anyways, because 2-3 grams of monohydrate will do absolutely nothing.
In my opinion, I could totally see you gaining mass using this product. However, 16 servings for $60??

and this is just my opinion, I cannot see anyone affording Muscle Tech supplements such as those ON TOP of a grocery bill, protein powder, creatine, and vitamins/minerals. 99 times out of 100 'John Doe' spends more money on the latest MT supplement than his grocery bill, gains a few pounds, then runs out of said supplements in a few weeks. Since his dietary intake was +/- 2500 calories, he loses said 4 pounds and wonders why? Here's why ->

Anyways, that's MY OPINION, and a humble one at that. I believe that MT has good quality supplements hands down and I'm sure they work quite well if they are used in the proper context of the word "supplement".
