Pure Virtago tester log
For a break down of my workout/cardio/diet you can check out my cutting journal in my sig.
Suppliments:
sesamin caps
camphabolic
Cissus
REM
fish oil
ON 100% whey
Pure Virtago (fruit punch)
PH/PS
mdien (cycle to last 2.5 more weeks)
My usual post wo shake looks like this
2 scoops ON, 50g Dextrose
I will replace the 50g D with 50g Virtago ... this will keep my macro nutrient breakdown consistant, and provide for a more acurate test. I cant wait to give this a go tonight, fruit punch and chocolate whey should be an interesting combo.

Ok so choc. protien and fruit punch didnt go so well. I think tonight i'm gonna hit them seperately. First chug down the protien, then dominate the virtago. I may have to pick up some unflavored protien powder to run with this.
I didnt notice much from the first use, but its only the first use. We will see how it goes as this continues.

I would recommend first taking the Pure Vitargo in a shake by itself and then taking your protein in a second shake a little while later. It is also recommended that you put water in your shaker first and then add the powder so it doesn't clump on the bottom.
Personally, I take my waxy maize immediately after working out and then slam my protein around 10 minutes later, otherwise the shake can get pretty thick.
Just a suggestion

Good look Sleazy. I'll give that a go on monday.
Today I used the last two scoops of stawberry designer whey I had, and it tasted good with the fruit punch virtago.
Its been about 40mins since i took tossed back the shake, and my chest traps and arms still feel full as hell. Its definately different then dex, I feel like when i flex on dex, i cramp badly, it almost hurts. This is just a fullness.
On the down side my stomach kinda feels like crap. But I've put nothing but liquid in my gut for the last three and a half hours, so that would explain that.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but I am sincerly impressed this morning. Since I started this HST style cutter, my lower body has been sore constantly. High rep squats and SLDL have been killing me for the past 6 weeks.
So yesterday i pushed myself hard (lol well hard for me anyway, my legs have always been a week point). I squated 235 A2G for two sets of 10, then SLDL 195 two sets of 10. This is the heaviest i've gone since starting. I then proceded with the rest of my workout.
When i woke up this morning, I was exspecting the usual. You know, stumble out of bed, struggle to the shower, hams tighten up as soon as i bend for the shampoo bottle. But I have to say this is the least sore I've been in the last six weeks. I'm not saying i'm not sore, but i had no problem walking the seven blocks to work this morning, and i usually dread that shit.
Its kinda funny to note I had some clumping issues yesterday. But nothing like protien or dex. I mixed the powder at the gym as soon as i finished my last set. I started to chug it down, and i felt something thin and flat in my mouth. I thought it was a piece of plastic so i grabed it with my thumb and fore finger. It was a thin sheet of virtago about a half inch by a quarter inch. I have never seen anything like that. So i stuck it on my tongue and let it disolve, mmmm fruit punch.

I have to say that this stuff is gonna be a staple from now on. It has impressed me to say the least. I can only imagine if i was lifting heavy every day what this stuff could do.
last night 265x5 for two sets, 275x 2 and my chest feels like i didnt even lift yesterday. I will atribute some of that to the anagen also. but this stuff kicks ass.

The only problem I can report with this as of late is that its been sticking to the bottom of my shaker. I dont know whats different now, but it didnt ever do this before. Here is how I've been using it:
two scoops dry in a shaker with 2g cee, 2g citruline malate. Throw that in my gym bag, mix with water as soon as i'm done lifting, throw it back on the drive home.
It may be the 98% humidity is making some of the dry powder stick to the bottom of the shaker but who knows. All in all it wouldnt be a big deal if i wasnt too lazy to wash it out ...

If there was the slightest bit of moisture in the bottom of the shaker, my vitargo would immediately form a paste. To avoid this, I just kept vitargo in a ziplock bag then mix when ready.
I also just shake like a madman to avoid clumps. I am surprised that there hasn’t been severe clumping for you.

I tend to shake the bottle 'vigorously' if you will. And end up with virtago all over my shirt.
clumping hasnt been an issue, but the "paste" that sticks to the bottom of the shaker is a pain in the ass to wash out. I cant get my fingers down in there, so i gotta use a brush and .... this is way too indepth

Well i'm back from my 2 week vacation, and I'm starting up the UD2 (ultimate diet 2.0) from lyle mcdonald. This will significantly change the way I use Virtago. Specifically, I will be utilizing it to replenish my glycogen stores in the later part of the week. Honestly I cant wait for thursday when I get to try this out, virtago has been awesome thus far post workout ... It should be amazing taking it after i'm completely depleated for a few days.
I will be starting a UD2 journal, but I'll try to keep all the info pertaining to virtago in here.
