Default need help choosing protein
can someone recomend a good protein supplement source it has to taste good and not be to hard on stomach. a good price would be helpful thanks

Well, my favorites are ON 100% whey and Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Stack. The quality and taste of both companies are amazing. My favorites are the chocolate/mint for ON, and chcolate mixed with banana for Champion. (just chocolate by itself is awesome too)

Oh, and I usually buy my whey either on ebay, or on amazon.com. Sometimes on amazon, you can get free shipping so that's always sweet!

depends when u want to take the protien, post workout i would use a whey. Before bed i would use a cassien. I use On's

I like ON 100% whey in the chocolate flavor.

My favorite tasting is Muscle Milk chocolate peanut butter flavor.
