Just had a quick question for those of using r-ala. The bottle says to take 1 capsule 3 times a day but I have been reading up on other peoples usage and most seem to be taking double that. These are the common 100 mg capsules. According to bulknutrition's ala guide it recommends between 300 and 600 mg for dosage.
So my question is do most of you take in 300mg or 600mg a day? Just want to make sure I am getting the most out of it that I can.
I take 300 a day, but my logic is I take it non stop for the past year I look at it as a creatine type effect. Not sure if thats true but thats my logic for the 300mg.
