I guess i should have read your full post lol. My bad. But as its always said "food" is your best supplement. Just get the basics man:

Creatine
Protein
Malto/dextrose

As far as bulking goes I would up the calories by figuring out using a calc. exactly how many calories you need to Maintain/lose and gain weight, then go from there.

Seems like you have alot of cardio type exercises going on. How often are these done?

So basically your trying to bulk while possibly preserving if not losing body fat?
