Default fat burning supplement

ok im jus beginner workin out and well was wonderin u kno those stacker 2 type supps fat burning r they good to take or like would i b better off taking whey. will fat burning supps lower muscle mass 2? and if any1 here is familar with whey can u tell me if its a good supplement? im not rele fat jus sum around abs i jus wonna get rid of. thank you

i really like using whey protien. i also think that those stacker 2 type fat lose pills can work depending on how old u are (i believe its the older u get the slower your metabolism gets) so i would say depending on how old u are is how effective its going to be

thank u im 16 lol so like i could run to get it off ez but i didnt wonna do long running cuz when reading here it said long term running eats away muscle but i guess running 2 miles wouldnt hurt rele and thanku very much for input i think ill jus go w/ whey

Don't quote me on this, but i think that you start losing muscle after about 30-40 mins of continious(sp) running. So as long as your joggin is limited to like 3-4 miles its ok i think.

Hey WantingMuscle 7,

One thing to remember with these supps is they are still stimulants, even though they don't have Mu Huang(herbal Ephedrine). If you have high blood pressure, stay far, far away from these types of supps!

Whey protein is good stuff but don't use it as your main protein source, if you must use it between your meals to keep u anabolic(building muscle).
