The thing about CEE v mono is that CEE gets almost entirely absorbed, whereas mono runs about 30-40 %. (I could be wrong about the %, but I know it is considered significantly less than CEE.) The rest gets peed out.
You really only need 2-4g a day of CEE. I take 3/4 tsp (which according to the canister is 1.23g (410 mg per 1/4 tsp)). I either throw it in my shake, or gulp it down with about 6-8 oz of water. It does taste like ass--or, rather what I think ass might taste like--but the aftertaste is gone pretty quickly.
Oh, BTW, the powder I have used is the bulknutrition 1000g canister.
