Default Scivation Xtend

Please keep in mind that I am cutting while reading this.

I decided to add a BCAA supplement to my diet, hoping that it will help me double down on my cut. Scivation Xtend has been the one I have seen people attest to the most in this forum so I bought that.

Anyways, for those of you who supplement BCAA, when do you take it? I was planning on taking 2 servings on workout days and 1 on rest days.

On days I lift, I was going to take one serving in the morning, and one after dinner time (I work out in the afternoon, between 2-5). I eat lunch right before I lift, take a shake with carbs immediately after, but do not eat carbs at dinner time usually. If I feel my blood sugar dropping in to a funk at any time during any day, I usually drink a glass of skim milk.

Offdays being one serving sometime after dinner. I do not eat carbs after lunch time during my cut, and was hoping this would help curb my appetite late at night without having to sacrifice additional calories.

Thoughts?
