Default Scivation Xtend

Please keep in mind that I am cutting while reading this.

I decided to add a BCAA supplement to my diet, hoping that it will help me double down on my cut. Scivation Xtend has been the one I have seen people attest to the most in this forum so I bought that.

Anyways, for those of you who supplement BCAA, when do you take it? I was planning on taking 2 servings on workout days and 1 on rest days.

On days I lift, I was going to take one serving in the morning, and one after dinner time (I work out in the afternoon, between 2-5). I eat lunch right before I lift, take a shake with carbs immediately after, but do not eat carbs at dinner time usually. If I feel my blood sugar dropping in to a funk at any time during any day, I usually drink a glass of skim milk.

Offdays being one serving sometime after dinner. I do not eat carbs after lunch time during my cut, and was hoping this would help curb my appetite late at night without having to sacrifice additional calories.

Thoughts?

Dymatize Elite Recoup is also a good product. I've also tried Blox from Bpi. I haven't used Blox enough to say if it's all that it's hyped to be. Sounds like you have a good plan in place for taking them. I pretty much use Recoup all the time. Easier to drink a gallon + of water if it has a little flavor.
