th only thing i noticed about protein shakes is they make you heal a bet faster.

yea but ive had ppl tell me that taking protein helps you gain weight and more bulk and im looking to build lean muscle (since i play soccer and run so i cant be heavy) is this true?

Taking protein will help you gain weight if your over all calories are above maintaince. Protein itself will not cause you to gain weight or lose weight . It's all in what you eat !

It is a good supplement that can HELP you reach your goals.

I always giggle when people say they are afraid of lifting and taking supplements because they don't want to get too bulky....

Weight training can be used to reduce weight too. Protein could help you lose weight.
