Default l-carnitine thoughts?

Hey everyone,

Now that you can get l-carnitine in Canada, anyone have experiences, opinions, or info on it? Looking to add it into my future cutting stack, just wanted to hear some thoughts on the stuff!

thanks!

Most of us get all the l-carnitine we need through diet. It has been over-hyped as a "fat burning" supplement but I would not waste money on it. ECA stack and Yohimbine HCL can help but it all comes down to diet.

NO idea about the l-carnitine dude, but I'd agree with kevsworld on the "probably get enough through diet" comment, I've heard though green tea helps with burning fat too, not a clue if there's any truth to it though

Here's my article on it: Green Tea and Weight Loss. The short version is this: I'd call it "questionable" for fat loss. But it's not expensive and has other health benefits, so it may be worthwhile.

My experience shows that one of the best fat burning supplements is Synephrine.
