Default Soy protein: Pretty good deal!

I've noticed that not many people pay much attention to soy protein. I had taken soy protein in the past, some chocolate-flavored stuff. Once I ran out, I stopped taking it. I have once again started taking it. Yesterday, I read an article on the net showing a study where weight-lifters took pure whey, some took pure soy, and some took a 50/50 blend of whey/soy. After a time period, of several weeks, they all showed comparable muscle increase. I learned that the soy protein has all 9 aminos that we need for muscle growth. Also, I learned that it is absorbed by the body more slowly than whey. So, I have started putting one scoop of soy in w/ my PWO shake, as well as one scoop of whey, for a 2-stage delivery of protein. And, I take one scoop of soy at night, right before hitting the sack. In my opinion, it's worth it. BTW, all the myths about soy making guys grow breasts is BS.

If soy could make people grow breasts my wife would be hooked up to a soy IV 24 hours a day. Poor girl was blessed with the chest of a 12 year old boy.

...but since I like young boys...

...what?

Yeah, lol...if soy agrees with you include it. I would'nt really worry about the studies though. If you like it think of it as a fat-free source of protein and keep everything in variety and moderation.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
