Default struggling

ive been struggling to put on muscle the last month ive been sleeping heaps working out hard. and a realy good diet. i just reacon i dont have the best supliments. what is the best supliment.

Its not a supplement problem. Supplements are just that, a bonus to an already good diet.

You should post a sample of your diet (daily meals or just the macros you're intaking) as well as your routine.

I would bet that either your training program or diet is the problem. Most likely the latter.

Also, it would help if you posted some stats. Age, weight, height, how long you've been training, etc.

yrrrr i need some one to help me write up a better diet. im 17 and i weight 79kgs and im 5 ft 6

WTF. You said you had a really good diet and all of a sudden you need someone to write you up a better one?

Read the stickies in the nutrition section. Nobody is going to write you out a diet but people will critique something you post. Don't start asking or thinking about supps until you have some idea about diet.
